CONCEPT:
When I first heard Potatoes & Meat, waves of sound instantly sparked vivid visuals. Back then, it was just “Track 3,” so the title didn’t shape my perception - but I knew the album’s core theme: a journey from DESTRUCTION to RECONSTRUCTION in the GUMMYVERSE.

This track clearly belonged to the DESTRUCTION phase. I’d also seen the album art - BlackGummy’s emblem carved in molten rock - which became my narrative anchor. I pictured the emblem as the “Creator” of this universe, drawing power from a shattered world like a Hulk-like force fueled by chaos.

The crackling intro and alien tones launched me into space. In my mind, a meteor fired from the Gummyship hurtled toward Planet Gummy, igniting it and tearing open a new dimension where fire and water collided - pure destructive power.

Yet, like a phoenix, this destruction wasn’t an end but a rebirth. A necessary burning to make way for something stronger.
